Electrical Foreman (Traveling Role - Growth to Superintendent)
We are seeking a skilled and driven Electrical Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers consistent work, the opportunity to travel to various project sites, and a clear path for advancement into a Superintendent position.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage electrical crews on commercial projects
Oversee day-to-day job site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
What We're Looking For:
Active E2 License
Proven experience running $1M-$3M electrical projects
Experience managing crews of 10-15 electricians
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
