Opportunity Overview Blue Star is seeking an experienced licensed plumber to partner with us as an independent contractor supporting ongoing and upcoming residential construction projects. This opportunity is ideal for a self-employed professional looking to build a long-term working relationship with a professional and organized builder. Scope of Work Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment Perform rough-in and finish plumbing Troubleshoot and complete repairs as needed Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers and other trades Ensure all work meets applicable codes and Blue Star quality standards Contractor Requirements Active plumbing license (as required by state/local regulations) Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship Own tools, equipment, and transportation General liability insurance (COI required) Ability to manage schedule and workload independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional communication and reliability Compensation Project-based or negotiated per scope Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement Opportunity to become a preferred long-term trade partner Independent Contractor Notice This is an independent contractor opportunity.
