Working Pipe/Utility Foreman - Min. 5 Years Experience Confidential Bradenton, FL Full-time Full-time Job details - Apply Now Looking for Pipe/Utility foreman with minimum 5 years experience with lift station, storm, sewer and water main piping who can work independently Compensation dependent on experience. Full-time Monday - Friday with 7AM start time No Weekends Work on the road in Manatee and Sarasota Counties Overtime Available as Needed Year Round Work Room for advancement. Annual bonus based on performance and overall profitability of company 100% HMO Health Insurance after 90 days with Dental and Vision available Paid time off after first year Holiday Pay Drug Free Workplace Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant experience Much be experienced with Lift Stations, Storm, Sewer, and Water Main, Pressure Pipe Qualified applicants will be able to read plans, understand grades, and work well with others as a team player Layout, assemble, and install pipe systems of various shapes, sizes and pressures. Ensure proper placement, connection, and alignment according to project specifications. Versed in the operation of bulldozer, excavator, and loader. Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch and use hands, arms, and legs fully Must have good vision and hearing (either naturally or with correction) Frequently lift up to 80 pounds, and the ability to carry objects weighing 50 pounds or less Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record Be continually attentive and mindful of your surroundings to keep yourself and co-workers safe Be able to understand and communicate information Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have work boots, work pants (Shirts Provided) Have the ability to work extended hours required by the workload Work at a different worksite(s) from one day to the next Drug Free Workplace Responsibilities may include the following: Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to project specifications Determine equipment and material needs for each assignment Cuts, threads, and bends, pipe to specifications using hand tools and power tools Measures and marks pipes for cutting and threading Assembles pipes, tubes, and fittings according to specifications Inspects work site to identify obstructions or holes that will cause structure weakness Inspects, examines, and tests installed systems to ensure quality construction Identify and resolve construction site problems Provide immediate and accurate communication to the Superintendent Enforce OSHA safety standards at all times
