Position Summary Dual Aire Services is expanding in the Cypress Creek corridor and is looking for an experienced Regional Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple active job sites in the Pompano Beach area. This is a senior field leadership role for someone who can walk onto a mid-rise concrete job site, take command of the schedule and the crew, and own the outcome without being handed a checklist. You will have real autonomy in the field and the trust of ownership behind you. This role is built to grow with us. As we continue expanding throughout South Florida, we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a stable, family-owned company that compensates and advances the people who deliver. Work Environment & Expectations This position operates in a fast-paced construction environment with real accountability and direct access to company ownership. We do not have layers of corporate management, and we do not have a formal training program. The right candidate is experienced enough to lead independently, identify problems before they escalate, and make sound field decisions without waiting for direction. This role comes with a lot of autonomy. You will run your sites, manage your crews, and make day-to-day calls without someone looking over your shoulder. We support our people, but we hire professionals who do not need to be managed. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations across multiple active Cypress Creek job sites Serve as the primary on-site representative for Dual Aire Services Coordinate HVAC installation crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Attend subcontractor meetings and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors Monitor schedule pacing, installation quality, and crew productivity Identify field conflicts, scope issues, material needs, and RFI items before they become problems Support inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout Enforce Dual Aire safety standards and jobsite compliance protocols Communicate effectively across English- and Spanish-speaking field crews Report directly to ownership on job status, manpower needs, and escalation items
