We're looking for a Foreman who can lead from the front, manage a crew, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. This is not a lawn care position — this is hands-on construction, problem-solving, and leadership in the field. This role is for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build a career, lead projects, and grow with a company that's expanding. Responsibilities Lead and manage a hardscape crew on job sites Read and interpret plans, layouts, and project details Ensure projects are built to spec, on time, and at a high level of quality Oversee site setup, material placement, and workflow efficiency Maintain proper grading, base prep, drainage, and installation standards Operate equipment (skid steer, saws, compactors, etc.) Communicate with management on progress, issues, and needs Keep job sites organized, clean, and professional Solve problems in real time and make decisions in the field Ensure safety standards are followed at all times What We're Looking For Experience in hardscape or construction (pavers, retaining walls, etc.) Leadership ability — not just working, but directing others Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor conditions Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to stay organized and keep jobs running efficiently Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license (preferred) What This Role Offers Opportunity to lead projects and take ownership of work Growth into higher-level roles within the company Consistent, high-quality projects (not random patchwork jobs) A company focused on doing things right and standing behind the work
