In this dynamic role, you will coordinate crews, manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality work on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling will drive the successful execution of complex pipeline projects. As a key leader on-site, you will foster teamwork, uphold safety standards, and ensure that all work meets the highest quality specifications. Duties Supervise and coordinate pipe installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes Manage daily site operations, including material procurement, equipment use, and safety protocols Monitor project progress using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Primavera or HeavyBid for estimating and scheduling Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with specifications and schematics Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contracts, and project updates to ensure timely completion within scope Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on pipeline or heavy civil projects Supervising experience leading large crews in demanding environments Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools Familiarity with contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to pipeline construction Skilled in using measurement tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary Excellent management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership Join us to lead innovative pipeline projects that make a difference!
