This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to train and motivate a crew, and is ready to represent Synergy's standards in the field every day. We install shingle, metal, coatings, and torch-down roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. If you lead by example and hold yourself to a high standard, we want to talk. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 3 to 5 person roofing crew on all assigned job sites Perform and oversee installation of shingle, metal, coating, and torch-down roofing systems Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure quality and code compliance Train crew members on correct installation techniques and Synergy safety standards Enforce fall protection, PPE, and all OSHA job site safety requirements Manage job site setup, production, cleanup, and final walkthrough Communicate daily progress and field issues to the Roofing Production Manager Operate company truck and trailer safely between warehouse and job sites Log job activity and checklists in company CRM Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential or commercial) Working knowledge of shingle, metal, flat, and/or coating roofing systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required Experience operating a company truck and pulling a trailer — required Ability to work safely on rooftops accessed by ladder Strong communication and crew leadership skills Torch-down experience preferred OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat
