- Q&Q is a commercial mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC contractor built from the ground up and that's still how we run. Because we self-perform all three trades, our foremen get steadier work and more room to grow than a pure-plumbing shop can offer. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Plumbing Foreman to run crews on commercial job sites.
- What you'll do
- Lead a plumbing crew on commercial sites and set the standard with your own hands
- Keep work to Florida code, on schedule, on budget, and at the quality our name is built on
- Read and execute from blueprints and submittals, coordinate with PMs, estimators, and other trades
- Run a safe site and help train the next crew of Q&Q plumbers
- What you bring
- Proven experience as a commercial plumbing foreman or similar lead role
- Strong knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes, systems, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints; solid leadership and communication
- Proficiency with Cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, copper (sweat and ProPress), gas piping and fixture trim.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; OSHA training a plus
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, in confined spaces, and in all weather
