- Full-time Job Summary Davis Burton is seeking an experienced and motivated Grade Punch Foreman to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for managing and completing final phase sitework and punch list items on commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of leading a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and complete project punch list items prior to final turnover Supervise a small crew in the field Perform site walkthroughs to identify deficiencies and needed corrections Ensure grading, drainage, asphalt, concrete, signage, striping, and landscape items meet project specifications Maintain daily communication with Project Managers and Superintendents Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards Track completed work and maintain punch list documentation Assist with final inspections and closeout activities Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of civil construction experience Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read construction plans and specifications Knowledge of site development, grading, utilities, asphalt, and concrete work Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Join our team as a Grade Punch Foreman if you're passionate about delivering top-quality construction projects!
