Working Foreman Fig & Fern Services, LLC - Lakeland, FL Fig & Fern is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead residential remodeling and construction projects while remaining hands-on in the field.
Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of residential remodeling/construction experience ✔ 3+ years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Team Lead role ✔ Strong organizational and project management skills ✔ Ability to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and daily schedules ✔ Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and specifications ✔ Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and team members ✔ Ability to identify and solve jobsite issues before they become problems ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Lead daily jobsite operations Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries Maintain project schedules and quality standards Track materials and job progress Communicate daily updates to management Ensure clean, safe, and organized jobsites Perform hands-on construction work as needed
