Job Description

Patriot Demolition is seeking an experienced Selective Demolition Working Foreman to lead and actively work alongside a field crew on interior and structural demolition projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong knowledge of demolition practices, jobsite coordination, and crew management. The Working Foreman will be responsible for reading and interpreting project plans, clearly communicating scope and daily objectives to the crew, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact on site—coordinating with the site superintendent, communicating directly with Patriot management on job progress, manpower or equipment needs, and any issues, and resolving day-to-day field challenges to keep projects on track. Selective demolition work includes the removal of specific building components and finishes such as wall systems, framing, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, structural elements, and concrete cutting. The foreman will be expected to actively perform demolition tasks alongside the crew using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment while maintaining quality control and enforcing Patriot standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven demolition/construction experience, the ability to troubleshoot field conditions, and a commitment to working as part of the team to get the job done right.
