Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews on job sites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity Oversee installation of piping, fixtures, equipment, water heaters, drainage systems, and more Interpret and communicate blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to your team Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule Ensure strict compliance with plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and safety policies Conduct daily safety meetings and equipment/tool inspections Train and mentor team members on Paramount Plumbing best practices and technical skills Maintain detailed records of labor, materials, and progress for reporting and billing purposes Manage material procurement and tool inventories for assigned projects Monitor project performance to meet budget, timeline, and quality standards Participate in travel projects when needed (per diem provided) Foster a positive, professional team environment
Qualifications:
Strong leadership experience in commercial plumbing roles Experience managing plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Deep understanding of plumbing codes and OSHA safety requirements Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Similar experience required - Paramount will provide training on specific processes and company standards
