Full-Time We're Hiring an Electrical Foreman We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on active construction projects in the Orlando area. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage electricians, coordinate daily work activities, maintain safety standards, and keep projects moving efficiently while delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and lead commercial electrical crews Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower Install, oversee, and inspect electrical systems and components Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Train and mentor apprentice and mechanic-level electricians Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise crews of up to 10 electricians Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules Train, mentor, and develop apprentice and mechanic-level electricians Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite briefings Serve as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project management
Qualifications:
Previous experience leading crews of up to 10 electricians Proven ability to manage manpower, production schedules, and project deadlines Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
