Full Job Description Job Title:
Electrical Foreman We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on-site Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Plan and lay out work to meet project deadlines and specifications Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes Monitor job progress, quality control, and safety standards Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job site conditions Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Electrician's license or journeyman certification (preferred but not required) Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical construction Strong knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction documents Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in VA Hospitals, Hospitals and commercial Industrial work Valid driver's license work well with a team and under pressure Must be able to pass a background check
