We are looking for a Project Superintendent/Foreman to join our team. The Project Superintendent/Foreman is responsible for the complete supervision of an assigned project in the Central Florida area. This includes ensuring that production goals, project milestones, quality assurance, profitability, and safety procedures are met. Duties
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of shell construction projects from start to finish - concrete (including cast-in-place), masonry, framing.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Must be able to perform direct work, this includes being able to sit, stand, bend, walk, climb, crawl and remain in fixed positions for the entirety of a shift. This also requires withstanding exposure to heights, work in areas with dust, temperature extremes, and exposure to external elements (wind, rain, etc.). Experience
  • Experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 programs- Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Buildertrend Construction Project Management Software & App is a plus.
