Job Description

Foundation Repair Installer 1102 West 16th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 $750
  • $1,400 a week
  • Full-time $750
  • $1,400 a week
  • Full-time Apex Foundation Specialists is hiring foundation repair installers and crew members across all of our production lines — waterproofing & crawlspace encapsulation, helical pier installation, and polyurethane concrete lifting (poly) — serving the Florida Panhandle and South Alabama.
We run tight 3-man crews and promote from within: strong installers move up to co-foreman and foreman.
SCHEDULE & TRAVEL
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Meet at the shop daily
  • Occasional overnight travel
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll train and work across our production services, including:
  • Crawlspace encapsulation: vapor barrier/liner install, sealing, detail work
  • Waterproofing & drainage: interior drains, sump basins/pumps, discharge lines, exterior tie-ins
  • Helical piers: installing piers to stabilize and lift foundations
  • Polyurethane foam lifting (poly): concrete leveling and void fill
  • Install dehumidifiers and moisture-control equipment when included
  • Digging/trenching, hauling materials, jobsite protection, cleanup, and restoration
  • Work as part of a crew and communicate professionally around homeowners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work
  • Comfortable working in crawlspaces (tight, hot, dirty)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Quality-minded — no shortcuts
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly
  • Able to kneel/crawl for extended periods and handle physical labor
  • Pass background check
  • Willing to travel to job sites and handle occasional overnights
EXPERIENCE
Foundation repair, framing, or concrete experience is required. We'll train the right person on our specific systems and processes.
