$60,000 - $70,000 annually 360 Vertical Fix Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily field operations on ground-up construction projects throughout South Florida. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring projects remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, accountable, and capable of leading multiple active projects with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage daily field operations across 1-5 active construction projects ✅ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors throughout all phases of construction ✅ Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and approved scopes of work ✅ Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and overall organization ✅ Attend inspections and coordinate with inspectors as needed ✅ Submit daily field reports including manpower, progress updates, photos, and project issues ✅ Manage punch lists and support project closeout activities ✅ Escalate schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety concerns to the Project Manager Qualifications ✔ 2-5 years of construction field supervision experience ✔ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans ✔ Experience working with subcontractors and field crews ✔ Understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA compliance ✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills ✔ Reliable, proactive, and able to manage daily site operations independently Join a growing construction company with ambitious expansion plans and unlimited opportunities.
