Civil Underground/Commercial Opportunity. Pipe Foreman Needed! Stormwater. Sanitary Sewer. Gravity Systems.

The Role:

We're placing an experienced Pipe Foreman on active commercial civil projects specializing in underground stormwater, sanitary sewer, domestic water and gravity box installations. This is a temp-to-hire position with a 90-120 day evaluation period leading to permanent placement. You'll lead a crew in the trench - setting grade, managing structures and keeping production moving. If you know your way around a gravity system and run a tight crew, we want to talk!

• $60 - $80k+++ negotiable annual salary based on experience. Overtime possible
• Temp-to-Hire after successful trial

Responsibilities:

• Lead crew on underground stormwater and sanitary sewer installation
• Set grade and oversee pipe bedding, backfill and compaction
• Install and set gravity boxes, manholes, inlets and structures
• Read civil drawings, grading plans and utility profiles
• Coordinate with GC, inspectors and project superintendent
• Enforce trench safety, shoring requirements and OSHA compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years underground civil piping experience
• 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
• Hands-on experience with stormwater and sanitary sewer systems
• Proficiency setting gravity boxes, manholes and inlets
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation
• OSHA 10, Osha 30 or trench safety certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
