Full Job Description Commercial Plumbing Foreman Pay:
Commensurate with experience - Highly competitive
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman. The majority of work is in the Tampa Bay area. Must be able to utilize equipment, including hand tools and power tools. Must have tools of the trade. Vehicle will be provided. Overtime may be required.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Five (5) years of commercial or industrial plumbing foreman experience. Must be able to read and interpret plans Knowledge of Florida building codes Basic reading, writing, and math skills Must be able to handle fast-paced working environments Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check Must have a valid driver's license and pass
MVR Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and have the ability to climb staircases and ladders of varying sizes Must be able to lift/carry 20-25lbs on a daily basis Southern Equipment Corporation was established in 1952 and is one of the most respected mechanical contractors in the Tampa Bay area.
