Homepal Drywall is a fast-growing drywall repair specialist serving the Tampa Bay area. We connect homeowners who need professional drywall repairs with skilled, reliable tradespeople and we handle everything else so you can focus on the work you're good at. We are building our subcontractor pool in Tampa Bay and are looking for experienced, self-employed drywall repair specialists to work with us on a flexible, per-job basis. ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

HOW IT WORKS 1. A

drywall repair job comes in from a homeowner in your area 2. We send you the job details, photos of the repair, location and the price before you commit 3. If it works for you, reply to claim it. First to reply gets it 4. We confirm the booking and send you the full job details 5. You complete the repair to a professional standard 6. Submit your before, during and after photos through our system 7. Get paid weekly, every Monday, for all jobs completed the previous week ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

WHAT WE HANDLE FOR YOU

We take care of everything outside of the physical repair work:

• All advertising and lead generation, we find the customers, you don't
• All client communication before and after the job
• All quoting and pricing, the job is already priced when it reaches you
• All invoicing and payment collection from the client
• Scheduling and booking coordination
• Weekly batch payments

We are currently recruiting subcontractors to cover the Tampa Bay area including:

• North:

  Up to Tampa Palms

• South:

  Down to Apollo Beach

• East:

  As far as Dover

• West:

  Town and Country

• Cross Bay:

  St. Petersburg, east of the I-275 highway
• And everything in between Ideal candidates will already be based within or close to this service area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR REQUIREMENTS

(Must Have): ✔ Self-employed or sole trader

• employed applicants will not be considered ✔ Proven, hands-on drywall repair experience. You must be able to work independently to a professional standard without supervision ✔ Own tools, all materials, and reliable transport ✔ Comfortable following a structured job process, arrival, mid-job and completion photos are required on every single job ✔ Responsive and reliable
• if you claim a job, you complete it

PREFERRED

(Not Required): ★ Experience in interior or exterior painting ★ Experience in caulking for bathrooms, windows, doors, pool areas etc. ★ General liability insurance ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

PAY & PAYMENT TERMS

• Pay is per job
• you always see the rate before you decide to claim
• No obligation to take any job that doesn't work for you
• Rates are based on the scope and size of each repair
• Complex jobs (texture matching, ceiling access, water damage) are priced higher
• You supply all tools and materials for every job

• Payment:

  Weekly every Monday for all jobs completed and signed off the previous week
• Payment is conditional on full photo sign-off and no outstanding client complaints within 7 days of completion ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

Every subcontractor must follow our three-step photo process on every job:

On Arrival:

Take before photos of all repair areas. Compare against the client photos we send you. Flag any differences to us before starting work. During the

Job:

Take mid-job photos showing your setup, workspace protection and progress.

On Completion:

Take clear after photos from multiple angles before leaving. Submit all photos before leaving the property. Subcontractors who follow the process consistently and deliver quality work will receive priority access to jobs as our volume grows. ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

HOW TO APPLY

Please respond with the following: 1. A brief description of your drywall repair experience 2. How long you have been working in the trade 3. Whether you have painting and/or caulking experience 4. Your location within the Tampa Bay area 5. Your general availability, days and hours you can typically work 6. Photos of previous drywall repair work (if available) Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief call before being onboarded.
