This is not an entry-level position and is not a training role. We are looking for a leader who can run projects, manage crews, communicate professionally with customers, and complete jobs without constant supervision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex electrical installations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards. Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support throughout all phases of work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise electrical installations. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations during all project activities. Manage the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other industrial electrical components in automation systems and maintain production schedules and job quality. Conduct quality inspections, document progress, complete shift reports, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of commercial electrical experience 3+ years of experience leading crews Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with service work, troubleshooting, and commercial construction Ability to use technology including email, mobile apps, and digital work orders Must pass background screening and drug test Must be authorized to work in the United States Skills Amazon facilities Industrial facilities Service work and troubleshooting Lift certifications

training Extensive experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and codes. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for various electrical installations. Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, high voltage wiring, and automation controls such as PLCs. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and testing devices like ohmmeters. Strong background in construction site work, including framing carpentry, renovation projects, and general handyman tasks. Knowledge of NEC standards to ensure safe installation practices across all projects. Ability to interpret schematics accurately and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and hazard awareness. Familiarity with blueprint reading for complex electrical layouts in commercial or industrial settings.
