Plumbing Supervisor

Right Way Plumbing Co. is looking for experienced new construction plumbing supervisors to work in the West Palm Beach area. We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for managing crews, coordinating with other trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to code. Candidates in this role will collaborate and coordinate with the GC and subcontractors on site to create a safe environment and ensure the timely completion of the project at hand.

This job entails:

Planning, coordinating and safely executing work on large scale commercial and/or multifamily residential construction projects. The candidate is expected to maintain open, daily communications with the PM and administrative staff, attend meetings, complete daily reports, supervise job site crews, promote and practice safety and other construction related activities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial job sites Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules Plan daily/weekly work activities and manpower Ensure installations meet code and quality standards Coordinate with general contractors and other trades Track materials, equipment, and job progress Enforce safety procedures and company policies Attend meetings as directed Promote Safety on site Daily communication with PM and Office Staff as needed

Requirements:

Strong commercial plumbing background Proven leadership or foreman/supervisory experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience with hospitals, schools, high-rises, or large tenant build-outs OSHA certification Proficiency with project management or takeoff software

Construction Management Software:

Procore, Bluebeam Revu Design & Coordination:

Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Document Control, Plan Review, and BIM Coordination Utilized Procore for RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project documentation management. Reviewed and marked up plumbing drawings using Bluebeam to coordinate field installation with design documents. Interpreted and coordinated BIM models using Autodesk platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) to identify clashes and improve installation efficiency. Collaborated with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors through digital coordination tools to maintain schedule and quality standards.

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
