We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer / Foreman who can lead crews, maintain high-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional results for our customers. This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per day , with steady full-time work and opportunities for additional projects for the right individual. Responsibilities Lead installation crews on residential outdoor construction projects. Read plans and execute projects with minimal supervision. Build custom decks, pergolas, pavilions, pool houses, and related outdoor structures. Coordinate day-to-day activities on the job site to keep projects on schedule. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes. Communicate professionally with customers and company management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Mentor crew members and ensure efficient, productive work throughout the day. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project quality or timelines. Required Experience Applicants should have substantial hands-on experience in several of the following: Custom wood and composite decks Pergolas and pavilions Pool houses and outdoor structures Covered patios and screened enclosures Framing and finish carpentry Full backyard renovations General residential construction and remodeling Experience operating common construction tools and equipment is expected. Qualifications Proven experience leading construction crews or serving as a foreman. Ability to interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship. Professional attitude and dependable communication. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements Reliable transportation is required. Own hand tools appropriate for the trade. Must provide references from previous clients or employers. Photos or a portfolio of completed projects are strongly preferred and may be required during the interview process. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass background or driving record checks if requested.
