This role oversees daily field operations, ensures code compliance and safety, coordinates labor and materials, and maintains project schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices Plan and direct daily electrical work from drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment with warehouse and procurement teams Perform quality inspections and manage punch lists Track labor, materials, and job progress; communicate updates to project management Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework Maintain day-to-day communication with the General Contractor and other trades to coordinate scheduling, inspections, and jobsite workflow Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus) 4+ years of residential or multi-family electrical experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical installations Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews Proficiency with tablets and basic project management tools Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Prolonged standing, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hand/power tools
