This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations while delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity. Duties Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately. Manage daily operations by coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project milestones and deadlines. Oversee the use of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools to track progress and document site activities. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work complies with safety standards (OSHA), building codes, and project requirements. Supervise subcontractors and team members; provide training on safety procedures including OSHA regulations and proper use of tools like ohmmeters. Monitor project budgets, perform construction estimating tasks, review contracts, and assist in procurement processes related to electrical materials. Requirements Proven experience in heavy industrial or commercial electrical construction with a strong background in construction site management. Supervising experience leading electrical crews on large-scale projects; excellent management skills required. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams; ability to troubleshoot using tools such as ohmmeters. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication skills required. Valid electrical license or certification as required by local regulations; additional certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous.
