We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our team. As a Sprinkler Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of sprinkler systems. This includes wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as foam and fire pumps. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring efficient use of time and resources Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times Requirements Minimum of seven years in a service-oriented role Prior experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility to work occasional weekends, nights, and overtime as needed Benefits Firetrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, generous paid time off practice and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
