This vital role involves managing on-site operations, supervising skilled workers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive pipeline experience, and a proactive leadership that promotes a quality product, and meets production expectations. As a Pipe Foreman, you will play a key role in advancing our infrastructure projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position comes with a company provided truck and a gas card. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pipeline construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily work activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and operating heavy equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of pipelines and related infrastructure. Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections on-site. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work for adherence to plans, schematics, and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly while maintaining budget controls and minimizing delays. Ensure all work complies with environmental regulations and safety guidelines throughout the construction process. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on pipeline installation projects. Proven management and supervising experience leading construction crews. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution. Familiarity with OSHA regulations. Utility Managers license is required, utility contractors license is preferred.
