The ISP Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations, coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining productivity on utility construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, telecom construction experience, and the ability to manage schedules, materials, and jobsite quality. Duties Supervise and direct ISP/fiber construction crews on assigned projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities, equipment, and manpower Read and interpret construction prints, maps, and utility plans Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and customer standards Monitor production goals and maintain project schedules Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and utility representatives Timely completion and understanding of paperwork such as ASBILTS. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in utility construction or telecommunications construction Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Knowledge of ISP/OSP/fiber optic installation, conduit systems, and utility construction practices Ability to read blueprints and utility locates Strong knowledge of fiber installation Strong experience with fiber blowing & pulling machinery Ability to install EMT/PVC conduit both inside and outside of buildings Experience with installation of data & voice cable Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to travel as needed Must be able to pass a full background check

Preferred Skills:

Fiber optic splicing or testing knowledge Experience with underground and aerial telecom construction Strong attention to detail, and ability to read work orders/prints to complete the job
