Job Summary Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman who is the hands-on leader on the jobsite—directly managing crews and ensuring day-to-day electrical installation work is performed correctly and safely. Job Description Lead and supervise a crew of electricians and apprentices Assign daily tasks and ensure proper execution of work Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications Enforce safety procedures and job site standards Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for work Monitor crew productivity and workmanship quality Communicate progress, issues, and manpower needs to the superintendent Train and mentor less experienced electricians Skills Required Strong knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, and systems Crew leadership and day-to-day supervision of electricians and apprentices Knowledge of electrical safety standards and job site procedures Planning daily work activities and managing workflow Clear reporting of progress, issues, and manpower needs Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check Pay Rate/Salary $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
