Electrical Foreman - Savannah, GA Area (Relocation Support Available)We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Foreman to lead field operations for large-scale commercial and multifamily electrical projects in the Savannah, Georgia metro area. This is a key leadership position responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient electrical installations on fast-paced construction projects. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Position SummaryAs an Electrical Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of electrical scopes on major construction projects. You will lead and develop field teams while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate resources, solve problems in the field, and drive projects toward successful completion.
Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, mentor, and motivate a crew of electricians, apprentices, and helpers to ensure daily production goals are met or exceeded. Oversee the planning and execution of electrical installations, including distribution, rough-in, trim, and fixture work on commercial and multifamily projects. Collaborate closely with project superintendents, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate manpower, materials, and sequencing. Manage material ordering, inventory, and delivery to minimize downtime and maintain project schedules. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and all applicable electrical codes and regulations. Conduct regular crew briefings, performance feedback, and training to support team development. Monitor job progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on time and within budget. Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and documentation as required. Promote a positive, professional work environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required). Minimum 5-7+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a Foreman or crew lead role. Strong background in commercial and/or multifamily electrical work. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes. OSHA 30 certification (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to relocate to the Savannah area. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary in the $90,000 - $110,000 range, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based incentives.
