Foreman/Supervisor

Job Overview ELM Builders is a small, custom home builder serving the island of Maui. We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and strong relationships with our clients and trade partners. We're looking for a Foreman / Site Supervisor to help lead our projects and grow with our team. This role is a great fit for someone ready to step into this role or an experienced Foreman looking for a solid, supportive company. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Your leadership will drive project success from inception to completion, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency. What You'll Do Supervise day-to-day operations including construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Builder Trend. Oversee quality control processes to meet specifications and client expectations Maintain quality, safety, and job site organization Communicate with clients, designers, and inspectors Problem-solve and keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For We're looking for the right person to grow with our team.

Ideal candidates will bring:

At least 3 years of Journeyman Carpenter and/or Foreman experience Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to lead crews in a positive, productive way A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Pride in quality work and attention to detail Prior Foreman/Supervisor experience is not required, but is a plus.
