- Professional management that respects your expertise Position Summary To manage the retrofit installation operations of the company, including scheduling and dispatch of crews, ordering and purchasing procurements, and maintaining clear and concise communications with customers.
Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Step in as Installer when needed. Essential Responsibilities Lead daily morning dispatch and crew scheduling Review jobs in progress, manage punch lists, and ensure quality standards Order materials and stage jobs efficiently Perform site layouts, drawings, and technical support Conduct regular job site visits for quality control, training, and labor-saving improvements Track warranties and implement processes to reduce callbacks Maintain strong customer communication regarding schedules and lead times Develop and enforce installation standards and best practices Step in as an installer when needed to support the team Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent HVAC Journeyman's License Proven experience in field supervision or lead installer roles (residential/commercial installation preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead by example Professional phone and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Desired Qualities Energetic personality with a "get it done" attitude Experience with procurement, scheduling, and crew management Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement If you're a reliable leader who takes pride in high-quality installations and building strong teams, we want to hear from you.
