Landscape Construction Foreman Idaho Falls & Surrounding Areas Pay:
DOE (Competitive Based on Experience) Full-Time | Year-Round Employment Lead From the Front. Build Quality Projects. Work Year-Round. We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a very hands-on leadership role you will work alongside your crew while managing daily job site operations. We offer year-round work, including snow operations during the winter months, so you can count on steady income and stability. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, know how to run a crew efficiently, and want long-term growth we want to talk to you. What Youll Do Lead and manage a crew of 36 team membersWork hands-on daily in landscape construction projectsRead and interpret plans and layoutsOversee and perform installation of:

Paver patios, walkways, and drivewaysRetaining wallsGrading and drainage systemsIrrigation systemsPlantings and sod Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, compactors, etc.)Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standardsMaintain job site safetyCommunicate with project managers and clientsAssist with snow operations during winter months What Were Looking For 3+ years of landscape construction experienceForeman or crew leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of hardscape installation and gradingAbility to read and build from plansConfident equipment operatorValid drivers licenseStrong work ethic and leadership mentalityAbility to work outdoors in all seasons This is not a supervisor-only position we are looking for a working foreman who leads by example.
