Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman with solid experience in foundation work to oversee daily operations on job sites throughout Idaho. The ideal candidate will lead a team, coordinate schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate foundation crews including installation of helical piles, concrete flatwork, and other foundation tasks Ensure safety protocols are followed on all sites Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Manage project schedules and workflow to meet deadlines Inspect quality of work and materials Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members Maintain equipment, tools, and job site cleanliness If you are a dedicated, hardworking individual with a passion for quality craftsmanship and are seeking an opportunity to grow within a reputable foundation repair company, we encourage you to apply.
