$25.00•$35.00 per hour Position Overview As Commercial Roofing Foreman , you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing crew operations, maintaining production flow, and upholding safety and quality standards across active job sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is comfortable working across multiple regional projects when needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews across active commercial roofing job sites Manage daily production, scheduling, and manpower coordination on-site Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards Maintain quality control throughout all phases of project execution Communicate daily progress, challenges, and updates to project managers Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule Support and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and accountability Travel across regional job sites as needed within the Ohio market Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Roofing Foreman in a commercial setting Proven ability to lead field crews and manage day-to-day job site execution Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or metal roofing Solid understanding of production scheduling and manpower planning Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety compliance Strong communication skills with both field crews and project managers Willingness to travel across regional projects within Ohio when needed Valid driver's license required What's Offered Competitive base salary with bonus potential Company vehicle and gas card Comprehensive benefits package Long-term growth opportunity with a stable and expanding contractor Supportive leadership team focused on quality and execution Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
