Job Description

Noble Modern Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead commercial remodeling projects in Chicago, with the ability to travel to other states as required. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Plan daily activities and ensure project schedules are met.
  • Maintain quality control and jobsite safety standards.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Report project progress, issues, and project needs to management.
  • Perform hands-on field work when necessary.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to project plans and company standards. Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing.
  • Metal and wood framing.
  • Carpentry.
  • Acoustical ceiling installation (ACT / Drop Ceilings).
  • Painting and finish work.
  • Tile installation (preferred).
  • Ability to lead and coordinate work crews.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Travel availability is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to project locations throughout the United States when required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with English as the primary working language. We Offer

Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
