Job Description
Noble Modern Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead commercial remodeling projects in Chicago, with the ability to travel to other states as required. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily activities and ensure project schedules are met.
- Maintain quality control and jobsite safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Report project progress, issues, and project needs to management.
- Perform hands-on field work when necessary.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans and company standards. Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing.
- Metal and wood framing.
- Carpentry.
- Acoustical ceiling installation (ACT / Drop Ceilings).
- Painting and finish work.
- Tile installation (preferred).
- Ability to lead and coordinate work crews.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts.
- Reliable transportation.
- Responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
- Travel availability is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to project locations throughout the United States when required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with English as the primary working language. We Offer
