May 5, 2026 Location Multiple buildings Effective Immediately Reports to Director of Buildings and Grounds General Qualifications Has a background and experience in commercial and industrial electricity and maintenance Has a background and experience in low voltage systems such as, CAT5/CAT6 cabling, door access systems, security cameras, burglar and fire alarm systems. Understands and can read blueprints, wiring schematics of buildings and control systems to troubleshoot such systems. Possesses working knowledge of single and three phase power systems including 120/240/480 volts. Understands and can troubleshoot digital HVAC control systems Understands and can install conduit Able to work independently or as a team when necessary Possesses excellent communication skills Must have knowledge of and execute proper safety precautions and practices Essential Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and replace single and three-phase electrical components, wiring, or systems Install, maintain, and replace lighting systems, bulbs, ballasts and other lighting components Install, maintain, and replace low voltage components, wiring, or systems, including, but not limited to door access systems, security camera systems, communication systems (phone and network), burglar and fire alarm systems, etc. Assist with and maintain HVAC control systems All other duties assigned by the Director of Buildings and Grounds or his/her designee, which may include tasks outside of usual electrical work. Utilize work order system for tracking tasks and logging time.
