Landscape Construction Crew Foreman

About the Role We're looking for a motivated and skilled Crew Foreman to lead a field team on residential landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and knows how to keep a crew moving efficiently throughout the day. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a crew to complete landscape construction jobs Execute hardscape and softscape installations: patios, retaining walls, grading, planting, drainage, etc. Review and interpret landscape plans and site layouts Track daily job progress and communicate with the project manager Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Train crew members and promote a productive, team-first environment Ensure equipment is properly used and maintained Communicate clearly with clients when needed during the project Requirements 2+ years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials (stone, brick, block, wood) Strong understanding of proper planting techniques and basic landscape lighting a plus.
