Jewett Roofing Company Commercial Roofing Repair Foreman Position Overview Jewett Roofing Company is seeking to hire a Commercial Roofing Repair Foreman to support and grow our service division. This role is intended for an individual with proven commercial repair experience who can independently diagnose and repair roofing issues across multiple systems. The position requires strong field leadership, accountability, and the ability to respond to both scheduled and emergency service work. Objective of the Role Strengthen the performance and reliability of the service division Improve quality and consistency of repair work Reduce callbacks through proper diagnosis and execution Support revenue goals through efficient service operations Provide leadership at the crew level Key Responsibilities Diagnose roof leaks and accurately identify sources Perform long-lasting repairs across multiple commercial roofing systems Lead and manage a service crew in the field Complete service work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Manage daily workload and job execution without constant oversight Communicate effectively with the Service Manager Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers Respond to emergency repair calls as needed Required Systems Experience Candidates must have working knowledge and repair experience in the following systems: TPO Roofing Systems PVC Roofing Systems EPDM Roofing Systems Built-Up Roofing (BUR) Metal Roofing Systems Roof Coating Systems Core Expectations Ability to diagnose and repair leaks independently Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Effective time management and ability to run a full workday Willingness to take ownership of work and decisions Commitment to doing what is right for the customer Understanding that this role includes 24-hour emergency response availability Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Have prior experience in commercial roofing repairs (not just installation) Be capable of making field decisions without supervision Demonstrate leadership experience or the ability to lead a crew Show accountability and pride in completed work Be dependable and trustworthy

Compensation Structure Hourly Pay:

$38-$ 40 per hour (based on experience and capability) Company-provided vehicle Paid Travel Steady, year-round work Summary This position is critical to building a high-performance service division. The focus is on hiring an individual who can solve problems in the field, deliver consistent high-quality repairs, and operate independently with accountability. This is not an entry-level or training role. The intent is to bring on a capable foreman-level repair technician who can contribute immediately.
