This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent overtime opportunities, and an excellent benefits package upon permanent hire. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Plan work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Monitor quality of workmanship and productivity Train and mentor electricians and apprentices Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site Qualifications 5+ years of industrial electrical experience Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and installations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to workplace safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $40
