Job Description
We're looking for a Foreman to lead our construction crews. In this role, you'll supervise job sites, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality and safety on every project. If you've got strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction, this is for you.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction workers and subcontractors on site.
- Report project progress and ensure tasks are assigned and completed.
- Develop schedules, keep projects on budget, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction and reading blueprints.
- Strong leadership, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to use technology (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- Coalition of Construction Safety card (within 30 days).
- Must pass drug screen and complete safety orientation.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to lead multiple crews and keep accurate records.
- Enthusiasm for quality work and a calm, problem-solving mindset.
Pay:
$26.00- $36.
