Job Description

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a seasoned Hardscape Foreman with a proven track record of managing crews and executing high-end projects. If you haven't led a team in the field for at least 2 years, please do not apply. Hardscape Foreman is responsible for overseeing construction and installation on site using a variety of hand and power tools and in some cases heavy equipment.
Hardscape Foreman Requirements:
Insurable driver's license, no exceptions 5+ years construction experience preferred ( 2 years required) Strong ability to lead, train and support a crew of 1-3 members Ability to read and execute blueprints and site plans. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (Skid steers, excavators). Must be able and willing to work flexible hours usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some weekend work required. Irrigation isn't required, but preferred. Professional appearance
