As a Working Foreman at HTI Painting, you will get all of this and more. We are looking for someone who can lead and work alongside paint crews, coordinate with general contractors and other trades, provide accurate job information to project management, and keep track of labor production. This person will be responsible for material orders and tracking, keeping track of job progress and change orders, and being our company representative at job site meetings. HTI Painting performs work in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, and Missouri. We offer competitive wages, vacation pay, 401k, health, dental, vision, supplemental, and life insurance. Mileage and per diem are also available for out of town work. Working under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol is not tolerated. Employment is subject to a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen as well as random screenings during employment. Personal vehicle and ability to legally drive Ability to travel overnight Ability to read and understand architectural plans Comfortable working in high pace, sometimes high stress environments Must be fluent in English Comfortable with confrontation and high stress conversations Good oral and written communication skills Ability to manage and work on multiple projects at the same time Maintain a professional appearance High attention to detail Not required, but preferred: Fluent in Spanish Paint or drywall finish experience Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
