As the Foreman for Commercial Fence, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-quality fences for commercial properties in the Kansas City area. You will lead a team of dedicated fence installers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Manage the scheduling and coordination of fence installation projects Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety regulations Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial fence installation Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills Strong knowledge of fence materials, tools, and techniques Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record
