Primarily, kitchens, baths, and basements. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will help homeowners realize their vision through expert carpentry, installation, and finishing work. Duties Read and interpret plans, and construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail. Install flooring, tile, drywall, light electrical and plumbing, and to meet project specifications. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. Keep the jobsite clean and uncluttered. Skills Have an understanding in plan reading and understanding layouts for accurate project execution. Experience with various construction trades including light plumbing, light electrical work, installing cabinets and crown moulding, trim work, painting, tile laying, framing and drywall. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for remodeling projects. Requirements Must have reliable vehicle and phone. Must have own hand tools. Must be drug free.
