About Us:

We pride ourselves on delivering projects that exceed expectations, and we're looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that requires a diverse range of construction skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Foreman with a broad and varied background in construction. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades, be capable of handling the hands-on work themselves, and possess the leadership skills to guide a team effectively. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, deadlines are met, and work quality remains high. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to bring projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Supervise and lead construction crew members and subcontractors on-site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
Hands-On Work:
Perform hands-on construction tasks, including but not limited to framing, concrete work, finishing, plumbing, and electrical as needed.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to organize workflow, manage daily tasks, and keep the project on track.
Quality Control:
Inspect work regularly to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
Safety Management:
Enforce and promote safety standards on-site, conducting safety meetings and ensuring all team members comply with regulations.
Problem Solving:
Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly to minimize disruptions.
Equipment and Material Management:
Oversee the use of tools, machinery, and equipment and manage material supplies to prevent delays.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a well-rounded background in various trades (carpentry, concrete, plumbing, etc.). Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role within construction strongly encouraged. Strong understanding of construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and commitment to enforcing a safe work environment. Ability to adapt to changes in project requirements, schedules, and personnel. Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively. Why Join Us?
