Pipe Layer Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Layer Foreman to lead and oversee pipeline installation projects on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that pipeline projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Pipe Layer Foreman, you will coordinate field crews, manage daily operations, interpret schematics and blueprints, and ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and heavy equipment operation will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pipe laying crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely project completion Read and interpret construction schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to pipeline installation Coordinate with project managers to develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software Oversee site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, schematics, and industry standards Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues related to pipeline layout and installation Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety incidents, change orders, and project logs using Bluebeam or other construction management software Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on pipeline or heavy civil projects Supervising experience leading field crews in pipeline installation or related construction activities Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations specific to construction sites involving pipelines Ability to operate heavy machinery safely including trenchers, excavators, and backhoes Excellent leadership skills combined with strong communication abilities to supervise teams effectively Join us as a Pipe Layer Foreman where your expertise will directly contribute to building essential infrastructure while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
