CDR General Services is seeking a Field Foreman to join our team near Pineville, LA. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to provide results in a fast-paced environment.

$65 to $75 per hour depending on experienceSchedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work execution.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings, including Field piping drawings, Isometric drawings and General layout and design specifications
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily work activities to meet project schedules and milestones.
- Provide technical guidance to crew members based on drawing interpretation and field conditions.
- Ensure all piping installations align with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Identify and resolve issues related to drawings, materials, or installation in real time.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Track work progress and report status updates, delays, or challenges to management.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on job sites. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in construction, piping, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a field foreman or supervisory role within industrial or construction environments.
- Strong ability to read and interpret: Field piping drawings and Isometric drawings
- Construction and engineering plans
- Solid knowledge of piping systems, installation practices, and field operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
