Electrical Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead construction crew to complete projects on schedule Provide planning, direction, control, and supervision of field crew to accomplish project requirements in the most efficient manner possible Pour concrete foundations and install underground conduit Pull wire and install traffic signal poles and/or street light poles with luminaires Operate mini excavator, bucket truck, and pole truck Delegate daily work to crew members and supervise crew members on assignments Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations Prepare field reporting including daily foreman's reports, safety reports, and time cards Ensure all company policies are consistently followed by all personnel under their responsibility Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Read and understand construction plans

Electrical Foreman Qualifications:

Experience in crew management, planning ability, and supervision skills required Must be able to operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and mini excavator Must be able to read and understand construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but

Not Necessary:

Valid Class

A CDL IMSA

Level I & II certification Prior experience with traffic signal and street lighting installations #BASE1
