Commercial Electrical Foreman

S&W Electrical Contractors, Inc. is looking for Foremen who meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 5Years + in the electrical field, Journeyman Class B License in Massachusetts, Valid Driver's License Create and maintain a supportive job site environment. Take the lead role in coordinating and initiating daily jobsite activities with a strict focus on keeping the end in mind. Prioritization of opportunities to improve project execution by establishing and maintaining continuous improvement within your span of control. Supervise, track, and take overall responsibility of all electrical and systems related activity on site with the goal of meeting the job schedule within our budget. Establish and maintain comradery amongst our team in the field. Ensure effective communication and operational relationships with the field staff.
